Welcome to RAAZ Late Night Audio OTT (operated by Manish, Sole Proprietorship). By accessing our website (raazplay.online or promo.raazplay.online) and subscribing to our audio entertainment service, you enter into a legally binding agreement in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Age Requirement & Content Classification

All content hosted on RAAZ is self-classified as Classification 'A' (Adults 18+ Only) pursuant to Part III of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. You affirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

2. Description of Digital Service

RAAZ is a web-based audio-streaming subscription service offering original serialized Hindi romantic suspense and dramatic fiction. Access is granted digitally upon authentication and subscription payment.

3. Subscription Pricing & AutoPay Mandates

• Introductory Access: ₹1 is charged for an introductory 24-hour VIP pass unlocking full-length episodes and premium audio stories.
• Quarterly Auto-Renewal: Following the 24-hour introductory pass, membership automatically renews at ₹299 every 3 months (quarterly) under your authorized NPCI UPI AutoPay mandate until paused or revoked.
• RBI Mandate Intimation: In compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate regulations, an official pre-debit SMS notification is dispatched by your bank/UPI application at least 24 hours prior to each quarterly debit of ₹299.
• Mandate Cancellation: Subscribers retain the unconditional right to pause or revoke their UPI AutoPay mandate at any time directly through their UPI application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) with zero penalty.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All audio recordings, scripts, voice acting performances, branding, visual graphics, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Manish / RAAZ Media Entertainment. Subscriptions confer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for private, non-commercial listening. Any copying, recording, redistribution, or unauthorized public performance is strictly prohibited.

5. Statutory Non-Obscenity Statement

Content hosted on RAAZ consists of fictional dramatic audio narratives adhering strictly to Section 67 & 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986. No explicit visual pornography or non-consensual material is hosted or distributed.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
