1. How to Cancel Your Subscription Mandate
Subscribers have continuous control to pause or cancel their recurring UPI AutoPay mandate at any point without needing permission from customer support:
- Open your UPI payment application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED, or BHIM).
- Navigate to your Profile Icon → Select AutoPay / Mandates.
- Locate RAAZ VIP / RAAZ MEDIA and tap Cancel AutoPay / Revoke Mandate.
- Confirm with your UPI PIN. The mandate is immediately revoked with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and no further deductions will occur.

2. Introductory 1-Day Trial Pass (₹1)
The ₹1 introductory fee provides immediate 24-hour full access to all VIP audio fiction episodes and validates your payment method for recurring quarterly membership. Due to the immediate digital delivery and instantaneous consumption of audio content, this nominal ₹1 activation fee is non-refundable once audio streaming has commenced.
3. Quarterly Renewal Debits (₹299)
Following the 24-hour introductory trial, membership automatically renews at ₹299 every 3 months (quarterly) under the authorized NPCI UPI AutoPay mandate. In accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate guidelines, an official pre-debit SMS alert is delivered to your registered mobile phone at least 24 hours prior to each billing renewal.
4. Refund Eligibility & Request Window
We provide full refunds for quarterly renewal charges under the following conditions:
- Inadvertent Renewal: If you intended to cancel but the recurring charge of ₹299 was deducted, you may request a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
- Technical Errors: In the rare event of double debits or server authorization discrepancies, full refunds are issued automatically or upon notification.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is verified by our billing team:
- Refunds are initiated immediately via our RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (Razorpay / Cashfree / NPCI).
- The refunded amount is credited directly back to the original funding source (your bank account / UPI VPA) within 5 to 7 working days, adhering to standard Indian banking clearing cycles.
